Voice recording works on all modern browsers (desktop and mobile), and text input is always available as a fallback.

Is there a limit on feedback?

You can collect unlimited voice and text feedback. AI analysis (transcription, sentiment, categorization, testimonial detection) is applied to the first 750 responses per month. After that, recordings are stored but not processed until your next billing cycle. Most early-stage teams never hit this limit.

How do I install the widget?

Is it GDPR compliant?
